Responsibilities
- Provide design and technical leadership.
- Develop strong design and technical detailing skills – Revit experience would be beneficial.
- Express ideas effectively, orally, graphically and in writing.
- Prepare technical drawing packages and specifications.
- Apply a practical and methodical approach to problem‑solving, working to fixed budgets and within deadlines.
- Manage planning applications and Building Regulations.
- Inspect building work on site.
- Maintain knowledge of UK best practice standards.
- Develop customer relationships to identify additional opportunities and address challenges.
- Assist in business development.
Qualifications
- Experience in design and technical detailing – Revit knowledge is a plus.
