We are seeking an Architect or experienced Part II Architectural Assistant to join our team on an immediate short-term contract. The successful candidate will be available to start next week or the week after at the latest, with no notice period. This role focuses on delivering several Stage 1+ design feasibility studies for care home projects across Wales. For the right candidate, this contract has the potential to transition into a permanent position.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce Stage 1+ design feasibility studies for care home developments in Wales.
- Work independently and efficiently to meet tight project deadlines.
- Collaborate with the team during an initial briefing in Bristol.
- Deliver high-quality design outputs using Revit as the primary software tool.

Essential Requirements
