Anderselite are working with an established AJ100 architectural practice with studios in London and Cardiff, who are seeking to appoint a talented Architectural Technologist / Technician to support the delivery of major residential and mixed‑use projects. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a design‑led practice with a strong reputation for quality and staff development.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project delivery, producing high‑quality technical drawings and coordinating documentation for large‑scale residential and mixed‑use schemes. You will work closely with Architects and Designers, using your technical knowledge to bring projects through to completion.
Key Responsibilities- Prepare and coordinate detailed technical drawings and construction packages.
- Work within project teams to support delivery across all RIBA stages.
- Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and technical standards.
- Produce and manage models and drawings in Revit (AutoCAD knowledge also useful).
- Contribute to the resolution of technical and design challenges.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues, consultants, and contractors.
- Manage workload efficiently, delivering work to deadlines and to the highest quality.
- Minimum 2–3 years’ UK‑based architectural experience.
- Qualified Architectural Technician / Technologist.
- Proficiency in Revit is essential; AutoCAD skills advantageous.
- Strong technical knowledge of construction detailing.
- Experience in residential or mixed‑use projects highly desirable.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
