b Overview /b p In this hybrid Manchester role, you bridge product, marketing and sales to articulate complex tech into clear value. You will shape product positioning, ICPs and go-to-market approaches, equipping the sales team with compelling collateral. Working with the Head of Product Marketing, you influence cross-functional strategy and market messaging. This is an impact-focused role where you help drive product adoption in B2B technology, including IT hardware, OEM, SaaS or cybersecurity contexts. Your work will directly shape how customers understand and buy our technology. /p b Pay / Benefits /b ul li Hybrid working – 2 days onsite / 3 days from home /li li Salary up to 70,000 /li li Manchester-based role /li li Opportunity for progression with Head of Product Marketing /li li Cross-functional exposure across Product, Marketing and Sales /li /ul b Responsibilities /b ul li Define and refine the company ICP in collaboration with the Head of Product Marketing /li li Develop product positioning, messaging and value propositions for technical audiences /li li Translate complex features into clear customer-facing propositions /li li Create sales enablement materials (pitch decks, battlecards, product guides) to support sales /li li Collaborate with Sales to gather customer needs, objections and market feedback /li li Support go-to-market strategies for new and existing products /li li Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and differentiators /li li Ensure consistent product messaging across Product, Marketing and Sales /li li Develop customer personas and understand different buying audiences /li li Gather market insight and feed back into product and commercial strategy /li li Support product launches and ongoing campaigns /li li Bridge technical teams and commercial stakeholders /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience in Product Marketing, Technical Product Management, or Technical Marketing /li li Strong understanding of B2B technology products and markets /li li Experience creating sales enablement materials and supporting commercial teams /li li Ability to communicate technical product value in simple, engaging terms /li li Experience with ICP, customer personas, positioning or go-to-market strategy /li li Strong communication and stakeholder management skills /li li Comfortable working across Product, Marketing and Sales /li li Commercially minded with understanding of the sales process /li /ul ul li Strong communication /li li Stakeholder management /li li Cross-functional collaboration /li li B2B technology market knowledge /li li ICP development /li li Customer personas /li /ul
