Morson is proud to be supporting a leading UK infrastructure organisation in the recruitment of a Senior Programme Manager. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced programme leader to take ownership of a major capital investment portfolio valued between 200m and 500m, providing strategic leadership across complex infrastructure programmes.

This is a hybrid role, based from the office in Staffordshire, with regular travel to sites across the region to support programme delivery. The working pattern is typically 4 days across the office and sites, with one day working from home.

About You

  • You’ll be an experienced programme leader with a proven track record of delivering large-scale capital programmes within complex, regulated environments.
  • You’ll ideally have:
    • Experience leading major capital programmes or portfolios valued between 200m and 500m.
    • Proven leadership of Project Managers and multidisciplinary delivery teams.
    • Strong experience operating within NEC contract environments.
    • Excellent understanding of programme governance, commercial management, risk and delivery assurance.
    • Experience managing multiple stakeholders across complex infrastructure programmes.
    • Strong knowledge of Health & Safety legislation, CDM and engineering risk management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership and strategic planning skills.
    • A project management qualification (or equivalent experience).
    • Full UK driving licence.
