Your new role:
Morson are partnering with a major organisation to support the recruitment of a Senior Buyer - Technology position.
This is an exciting opportunity to manage a technology portfolio worth circa £60m, covering software, SaaS and strategic IT services. Youll lead high-value negotiations with some of the worlds leading technology providers, including SAP, Microsoft and ServiceNow, while partnering with senior stakeholders across a complex, fast-paced organisation.
The role offers genuine autonomy, exposure to strategic business initiatives and the chance to work for a procurement leadership team that empowers individuals to take ownership, influence decision-making and deliver meaningful commercial impact.
Key Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
Extensive experience working within the Technology category including experience negotiating complex software contracts is essential.
Strong experience facing into multi stakeholders and comfortable influencing senior stakeholders is essential.
Experience working within a regulated environment i.e procuring under PA23 and or PCR-2015 would be advantageous.
Ideally MCIPS qualified or working towards.
