With over 30 offices in the UK and locations across Canada, the USA, Australia, and Europe, we’re proud to be the UK’s top technical recruitment agency and the 3rd largest worldwide. We're also honoured to be ranked among the Top 100 Best Large Companies to Work For!
Under the leadership of our CEO, Ged Mason OBE, who took the reins from his father, founder Gerry Mason, nearly a decade ago, we've thrived while maintaining the values that make Morson unique. We’re a close-knit, hardworking team that’s grounded in kindness, care, and collaboration. It’s why over 35% of our colleagues have been with us for over 10 years – loyalty and passion run deep at Morson!
🧩 About the Role
As part of our continued growth, Morson Group is expanding its Corporate Functions division across the South — building on the success of our established team in the North.
Across the group, we proudly support our engineering and technology clients, while also playing a key role in opening new client relationships that strengthen and complement our full suite of workforce solutions.
Our Northern team of HR, Procurement, Legal, and Finance specialists currently covers everything from the Midlands upwards. We’re now embarking on an exciting expansion plan to mirror and enhance this offering in the South.
We’re looking for an experienced HR Senior Business Manager with:
- A strong HR network and genuine passion for solution selling
- A creative flair for owning and running events to build brand presence and client engagement
- Proven leadership experience — or the clear ambition and drive to step into a management role
This is a fantastic opportunity to shape and lead our Southern HR offering, supported by the full backing of the wider Morson Group.
Our HR specialists are not limited to engineering or technology sectors — they operate with a broad, solutions-focused mindset, opening doors across multiple industries and creating new opportunities for the wider business.
If you’re ready to make your mark, grow a region, and lead a new chapter of success — we’d love to hear from you.
