Construction Security Officer
Location: St Neots Area
Shift Pattern: Night Shifts, 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
Duration:Short term contract
We are currently seekingConstruction Security Officers to provide security coverage across five construction sites in the St Neots area. This is a short-term assignment requiring vigilant and professional personnel to maintain site security during night hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct regular patrols of assigned construction sites.
- Monitor and control access to site premises.
- Prevent unauthorised entry, theft, vandalism, and trespassing.
- Maintain accurate incident and patrol records.
- Respond promptly and professionally to security incidents.
- Liaise with site management and emergency services when required.
Essential Requirements
- Valid SIA Licence/Accreditation.
- Previous security experience, ideally within a construction or industrial environment.
- Strong communication and observational skills.
Desirable Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card.
- Experience working on construction sites.
- First Aid qualification (advantageous but not essential).
