The Role: We are seeking an experienced 180 Delivery Recruitment Consultant to support the delivery of a varied of technical and blue collar contract roles across a portfolio of high-profile UK clients. Working with some of the most recognised organisations in the Aerospace & Defence sector, you will play a critical role in identifying, engaging, and securing top technical talent. This is a fast-paced, delivery-focused position that demands strong stakeholder and candidate management, exceptional interpersonal skills, and the motivation to thrive in a high-performance environment where quality and pace matter.
What We’re Looking For:
- High volume recruitment experience, ideally in an agency environment
- Technical or Engineering recruitment experience preferred
- Experience of working on contract / interim positions
- Understanding of working out a rate / margin for contract hires
- Self-motivation, tenacity, and a team-oriented mindset
- Articulate and strong mathematics
