Our client is an alt-net broadband provider specialising in supplying broadband and network connectivity to the residential and wholesale markets.
Due to an exciting period of growth, they are looking to appoint an experienced HR/Recruitment Advisor to join their HR team on a six-month fixed-term contract.
This is a varied role combining full-cycle recruitment with Employee Relations support, making it ideal for an HR professional who enjoys working across both talent acquisition and broader people matters.
Responsibilities
- Engage with Management to understand workforce needs and role requirements.
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies utilising social media and other channels to attract key Talent.
- Create and post job advertisements across relevant job boards and platforms, such as Linked In, Instagram and indeed to ensure optimised sourcing methods.
- Source candidates through databases, social media, networking, and referrals.
- Ensure comprehensive job briefs are obtained and screen CVs and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate selection and assessments with hiring teams.
- Manage headcount top ups to targets ensuring workforce pipelines are full.
- Influence and provide guidance to managers on candidate selection and hiring decisions.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the hiring process, representing the Company positively at all times.
- Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment records.
- Ensure recruitment practices comply with company policies and employment laws.
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
- Create and develop interview question banks to support hiring managers
- Analyse recruitment metrics and suggest improvements.
- Support the overall HR Reporting on a monthly basis.
- Ability to support ADHOC end to end ER issues
- Generate contracts of employment or any other formal correspondence.
- Support on right to work and DBS checks as necessary.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR
- Experience managing end-to-end recruitment and ER processes
- Experience using online recruitment platforms
- Experience recruiting through social media and job boards
- Experience coordinating interviews with multiple stakeholders
