We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Low Code/No Code Systems Administrator to provide comprehensive administration and support across all organisational systems, including Monday.com and related tools. This role involves maintaining and optimising system performance, enhancing workflows, automating processes, and ensuring seamless integrations between business-critical platforms such as Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack. The successful candidate will also support and train stakeholders across the organisation, create clear, user-friendly training materials, and ensure documentation is up-to-date with new features and processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support for a variety of systems, including Monday.com, ensuring they meet business needs.
- Configure and optimise workflows, dashboards, and processes across platforms.
- Maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements.
- Create and update service-related documentation and system user guides, ensuring they reflect new features and changes implemented.
- Oversee integrations between key business tools, including Power BI Pro for analytics and reporting, Mailchimp for campaign management and tracking, and Slack for team communication and notifications.
- Collaborate with the Systems Manager and other departments to design and implement effective system connections.
- Act as the first point of contact for system-related queries and issues from stakeholders across the organisation.
- Provide hands-on support and training to ensure users maximise the value of systems.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for stakeholders at all levels.
- Create and maintain high-quality support materials, including guides, FAQs, and video tutorials.
- Continuously gather feedback from users to improve systems and training content.
- Ensure data integrity across all systems and maintain an understanding of its critical importance.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards and analytics using tools such as Power BI Pro.
- Experience administering and supporting systems like Monday.com, Power BI Pro, Mailchimp, and Slack.
- Strong understanding of system integration, workflow optimisation, and operational conditional logics.
- Proven ability to support and train diverse stakeholder groups effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills, with the ability to escalate unresolved issues appropriately.
