Morson Group is recruiting for a Training & Competency Advisor based in Barrow-in-Furness for a 24-month contract, rate negotiable. The role focuses on delivering efficient training and competence services, ensuring compliance with UK legislation and company requirements across onshore/offshore assets.
You will manage the training framework, competence framework, and reporting, coordinating third-party training bookings and supporting apprentices through the competence path, while driving KPI.
