- Main Services
- Access Solutions - scaffolding, rope access, and elevated work platforms that allow workers to safely reach difficult areas.
- Insulation - thermal, cryogenic, and acoustic insulation for energy efficiency, temperature control, and noise reduction.
- Surface Protection - industrial painting, coating, corrosion prevention.
- Purpose of the Role
To promote a positive health, safety, and environmental culture by ensuring compliance with relevant legislation, company policies, and industry standards while minimizing workplace risks.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct workplace inspections and safety audits.
- Identify hazards and carry out risk assessments.
- Investigate incidents, accidents, and near misses.
- Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and safe systems of work.
- Ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Deliver HSE inductions, toolbox talks, and training sessions.
- Monitor and report HSE performance metrics and KPIs.
- Support emergency preparedness and response planning.
- Liaise with regulatory authorities, clients, and contractors on HSE matters.
- Promote employee engagement in health, safety, and environmental initiatives.
- Maintain accurate HSE records, reports, and documentation.
- Assist in environmental management activities, including waste management and pollution prevention.
- Required Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Occupational Health & Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Professional certifications such as
- NEBOSH General Certificate or Diploma
- IOSH Managing Safely or membership
- IEMA qualifications (desirable)
