Key Responsibilities
- Conduct detailed analysis across people, processes, data, technology, and organisational structures

- Elicit, analyse, and document business and user requirements to support design, development, and testing
- Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to deliver user-centred solutions
- Assess the impact of business and policy constraints on proposed solutions
