An excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support a busy recruitment function within a fast-paced environment. Based in the Milton Keynes area, this role will provide key administrative support across recruitment and onboarding activities, helping to ensure an efficient and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. This is an initial 6-month contract position offering a competitive hourly rate, with flexible working arrangements available following the onboarding and training period.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the recruitment team.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Update and maintain internal recruitment databases and ensure records remain accurate and compliant.
- Support onboarding activities and compliance-related processes.
- Assist with preparing documentation, contracts, and recruitment reports.
- Ensure recruitment administration is completed efficiently and to a high standard.
- Support wider HR and recruitment activities where required.
Candidate Profile
- Strong organisational and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities within a busy environment.
