Morson Edge are exclusively supporting a leading UK consultancy on a critical AWS Lakehouse transformation that needs experienced engineers to get it back on track. As part of this programme, we are looking for experienced Senior Data Engineers to join a highly technical delivery team working alongside a Lead Data Architect. This isn't a greenfield build; it's a genuine engineering challenge where you'll influence architecture, modernise data pipelines and help deliver a production-ready AWS data platform.

  • Designing, building and optimising scalable data pipelines across the AWS ecosystem.
  • Identifying and resolving technical debt within existing data pipelines.
  • Supporting platform stabilisation and helping deliver key programme milestones.
  • Collaborating with the Lead Data Architect to implement the target-state data platform.

What We're Looking For:

We are looking for engineers who have experience delivering enterprise-scale cloud data platforms and enjoy solving complex technical challenges.

  • Strong commercial experience with AWS data technologies including S3, Glue, Redshift and Lake Formation.
  • Excellent Python and SQL development skills.
  • Experience working with large-scale, high-volume or regulated data environments.
  • Previous experience within the betting, gambling or iGaming industry is essential.
