What You’ll Do - Supervise and coordinate all electrical installation, maintenance, and repair activities on-site. - Lead toolbox talks, safety briefings, and ensure all work meets regulatory and company standards. - Plan workloads, allocate resources, and monitor progress to meet deadlines without compromising quality. - Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure smooth communication and problem-solving. - Conduct inspections, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems. - Mentor and support electricians and apprentices, fostering a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
