As we continue to expand, we’re growing our Bid Team and are looking for multiple Bid Writers to join us at our Manchester/Salford HQ.
- Bid Writer – Morson Vital (Rail / Construction Focus): A role supporting major infrastructure frameworks and projects within Morson Vital. Experience in rail, construction, or wider infrastructure sectors is essential for this role, as you’ll be translating technical project details into compelling, client-focused bid responses.
- Bid Writer – Generalist (Flexible Background): A broader bid writing role supporting opportunities across different sectors within Morson. Previous experience in recruitment is ideal, but we’re open to anyone with strong writing skills, whether you come from another industry, a coordinator looking to step up, or a more experienced bid or proposal writer.
This role offers excellent development and progression opportunities, as the team is growing and new responsibilities and seniority levels are likely to emerge over time.
As a Bid Writer at Morson, you’ll play a key role in producing high-quality, winning bid submissions that support our continued growth across multiple sectors.
