My client is seeking an experienced and dynamic Engineering Manager to oversee engineering operations across six sites in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and managing engineering teams, ensuring the delivery of high-quality maintenance, compliance, and operational excellence. This role requires strong leadership skills to coordinate multi-site activities, manage resources effectively, and maintain robust health and safety standards.

You will work closely with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure engineering projects and maintenance programmes are completed on time, within budget, and to the required standards. The role demands excellent organisational and communication skills, with the ability to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency across all sites.
