We are partnering with a global software organisation to recruit an experienced HR Advisor to join their Leeds based team on a fixed term contract for up to 6 months. This is a broad generalist HR role supporting managers and employees across a range of HR activities, including performance management, employee relations, coaching and day-to-day HR advisory support. The role will also involve supporting with HR administration, so candidates should be comfortable operating in a hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide generalist HR advisory support to managers and employees
  • Support with performance management and employee relations cases
  • Coach managers on HR processes and best practice
  • Assist with HR administration and operational support
  • Support with TUPE and redundancy activity

Requirements

  • Previous experience within a generalist HR Advisor role
  • Experience managing/supporting ER and performance-related cases
  • Knowledge of TUPE and redundancy processes
  • Comfortable supporting with both advisory and administrative HR duties
  • Available to start ASAP
