Organisation Design Specialist with ORGVUE exp - HYBRID in Ipswich

Location: Liverpool St, London (EC2R 7BP) - office attendance x2 days per week PLUS x3 days working remotely/from home. Can work from alternate office in Ipswich if preferred

Our Nuclear New Build client is seeking an experienced Organisation Design Specialist to support organisation design projects across the People Function.The role will focus on organisation modelling, analysis and design using Orgvue. The successful candidate will work closely with HR Business Partners and senior stakeholders to develop and implement effective organisational structures. This is a unique opportunity to gain experience on and contribute to the Sizewell C Project.

Typical Responsibilities:

• Analyse current organisational structures, data and workforce information.
• Use Orgvue to analyse organisational data, model structures and develop design scenarios.
• Deliver organisation design projects from diagnosis through to implementation.
• Develop structures, roles, accountabilities, spans, layers and governance models.
• Work closely with HRBPs and senior stakeholders to understand organisational requirements.
• Facilitate organisation design workshops and support decision-making.
• Provide organisation design expertise across wider transformation and change programmes.

Key Requirements:

• Hands-on Orgvue experience - essential.
• Excellent stakeholder management and HRBP partnering skills.
• Proven organisation design and organisational modelling experience.
• Strong current-state analysis and future-state design capability.
• Strong analytical, consulting and project management skills.
• Practical, commercially aware and delivery-focused approach.

This is a hands-on role, so candidates must be able to demonstrate practical experience using Orgvue for organisation modelling and analysis.
