The Role You will take ownership of the sites Health, Safety and Environmental function, working closely with senior leadership to ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance and operational performance. Key Responsibilities Champion a positive and proactive safety culture across site. Provide expert HSE advice and guidance to operational teams and stakeholders. Lead audits, inspections and incident investigations. Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations and company standards. Produce and communicate HSE performance reports and recommendations. Drive continuous improvement and behavioural safety initiatives. Coach, mentor and develop HSE team members. Build strong relationships with clients, contractors and internal stakeholders.
