Expectations:
- Provide the necessary support to the Project Quality Manager (PQM) regarding quality issues.
- Ensure implementation of the PQMS within the package – identification, preparation, distribution and maintenance of project/package quality documentation in accordance with the PQMS.
- Ensure standard quality specifications are present and distributed to all relevant parties to ensure all legal/regulatory requirements are met.
- Ensure that the correct implementation of the PQMS is monitored through planning and conducting of internal quality audits.
- Conduct/coordinate external audits.
- Participate in package management meetings to ensure coordination between quality activities and package management activities.
- Prepare reports as necessary.
- Ensure document control processes are followed within the package as well as by contractors in order to maintain documents/records traceability.
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality Assurance and Quality Control for onshore/offshore wind projects, preferably specific to IAC.
- Engineering degree qualified or equivalent technical qualifications/experience.
- 5-8 years of experience managing quality, preferably within IAC related packages; Quality auditing certification.
- Ability to work with a high degree of autonomy.
- Provision of quality management support and coaching.
