Responsibilities
- Take ownership of projects and lead delivery to high standards.
- Mentor and develop less experienced team members; contribute to a positive team culture.
- Shape project directions and influence the team’s design outcomes.
- Collaborate within a large multidisciplinary team; work independently when needed.
- Support the senior leadership group and contribute to practice growth.
- Communicate design concepts clearly and evolve ideas from concept to presentation.
Key requirements
- ARB-registered with a minimum of 5 years post-qualification experience.
- Experience on large-scale architectural projects with ability to handle smaller/multiple projects.
- Strong drawing and presentation skills; able to articulate design evolution.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to build rapport and work across teams.
- Proven leadership experience with positive change and people development.
- Excellent communication for hybrid office/home working and collaborative environments.
- Proficiency with Revit or willingness to train to required level.
