This is an exciting opportunity to take ownership of the digital product roadmap, ensuring it aligns with the wider Digital Meeting Places product vision while establishing and managing an associated backlog with a clear, customer-focused and service design approach. You’ll be accountable for successful delivery, ensuring that product priorities translate into meaningful outcomes for customers and the wider business.In this role, you’ll collaborate with key stakeholders across the business, including Financial Product, Technology, Group, and control functions, to understand business needs, priorities and opportunities and ensure these are effectively reflected in the product roadmap. You’ll oversee a proactive, customer-focused, multi-disciplinary team, working closely with specialists across insights, UX design, technology delivery, Group, security and architecture to develop highly effective digital products through research, ideation and design.You’ll be responsible for defining and measuring clear success criteria for your digital products, establishing meaningful business outcomes that support the Bank’s wider strategic objectives. You’ll create effective feedback loops to understand the impact of your products and use these insights to continually review, refine and prioritise the backlog, maximising value in line with the overarching product roadmap and business outcomes. You’ll also take responsibility for the seamless delivery of digital products to end users, including appropriate training, communications and supporting literature to encourage successful adoption.We’re looking for someone who is customer-centric, with a strong focus on end-user experience and outcomes, alongside a strong working knowledge of the Financial Services industry and PSD2 regulations. You’ll have experience working in a digital product delivery environment, with exposure to or knowledge of Agile development and change methodologies, and a strong understanding of what good looks like for online banking journeys and customer authentication solutions. You’ll be a highly positive and collaborative team player who actively engages stakeholders, supports colleagues and shares knowledge, while also having the influencing skills needed to confidently represent the Digital Product area and gain buy-in to strategy and roadmap decisions across a diverse stakeholder group.The role requires someone who can manage multiple deliverables simultaneously, often with competing priorities, while maintaining a clear focus on customer and business outcomes.
