Morson Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner on a 12-month fixed-term contract. The role is flexible in location (London, Leeds or Manchester preferred) with hybrid working around 2 days in the office.
You will lead end-to-end recruitment for UK and Ireland data centre programmes, filling 35+ roles across engineering and project delivery. You will build talent pipelines, network with passive candidates, and advise hiring managers on market conditions, salary benchmarks and availability.
