Site Supervisor - Highways Maintenance | Dartford, M25

Im currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to join a major highways maintenance project in Dartford, working for a Tier 1 contractor.
The project involves bridge expansion joint works, offering a great opportunity to get involved in essential highways infrastructure works as part of an established site team.
Were looking for a hands-on Site Supervisor with a strong background in highways or civil engineering, who can oversee site activities, coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day site activities and ensure works are delivered in line with the programme.
- Coordinate site operatives, subcontractors, plant and materials.
- Ensure all works comply with RAMS, health and safety procedures and project specifications.
- Monitor workmanship, quality and progress on site.
- Carry out site inductions and toolbox talks where required.
- Maintain accurate site records and report progress to the management team.
- Liaise with the Site Agent and wider project team to ensure smooth delivery.
Essential Requirements
- Gold CSCS card.
- SSSTS certification.
- Previous experience supervising highways maintenance or civil engineering works.
- Strong understanding of health and safety requirements and RAMS.
- Good communication and leadership skills.
