Morson Talent are recruiting on behalf of Severn Trent for a Data Administrator to support a busy team during the implementation of a new fleet management system. Due to ongoing system changes and increased workload, this role will focus heavily on data input, data migration, and identifying discrepancies across multiple systems. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong administration and Excel skills who is confident working independently in a fast‑paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Input and transfer large volumes of data between internal systems
- Review and validate data to identify inconsistencies and discrepancies
- Support the implementation and maintenance of a new fleet management system
- Use Microsoft Excel daily, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Maintain accurate records and ensure data integrity
- Work independently to manage workload and meet deadlines
Skills & Experience Required:
- Strong administrative and data entry experience
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including VLOOKUPs and Pivot Tables
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to spot discrepancies within data sets
- Confident using multiple systems and learning new software quickly
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively
