EUC Field Engineer
Location: Hybrid - Coventry (2-3 days onsite & willingness to travel around the Midlands)
Contract: Inside IR35
Day rate: Up to £475 per day
Duration: 6 months

We have for a Senior EUC Engineer position with one of the UK’s biggest utility company.
The Senior EUC Engineer will be the technical lead for the Windows 10 to Windows 11 migrations across several different offices within the Midlands.
Technical Skills:
- Deep experience with Microsoft Intune, SCCM, M365, Identity & Access and Windows
- Deep understanding of the full Autopilot process, ideally demonstrated through large scale deployments.
- Device deployment & swap - Laptop handover, old device collection, asset tracking
- User onboarding support - First login, MFA/Windows Hello setup, basic app validation
- Physical troubleshooting - Docking, monitors, peripherals, connectivity, SIM/eSIM (where relevant)
- Working in “deployment clinics” - High-throughput, structured rollout environment with queue-based users.
- Strong communication skills, including face-to-face interaction with non-technical staff
- Familiarity with Legacy Applications modernisation for current windows platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Windows 11 operating systems.
- Familiarity with security best practices and compliance requirements.
