Requirements & Functional Ownership
- Understand and consolidate :
- End-user needs (shopfloor)
- Functional specifications of the BCA MVP
- Facilitate translation between business expectations and technical delivery
On-site Facilitation (Factory Engagement)
- Act directly on the shopfloor to:
- Clarify expectations
- Resolve gaps
- Ensure adoption readiness
Business Impact & Process Assessment
- Engage and align Process Owners
- Update processes where required and secure formal validation
Architecture & Validation Support
- Engage Business Architects
- Drive: Solution validation
- Potential HLDD (High-Level Design Document) production
Industrialisation & Governance Support
- Support with key internal governance processes:
- Business Impact Analysis (BIA)
- Data classification
- Overall transition from PoC ? industrialised product
