b Overview /b p As an IT Change Consultant, you will drive the adoption of new ways of working across client organisations, working across adoption, user experience, communications, engagement, training and support. You translate complex information into practical guidance and coordinate activities to prepare colleagues for go-lives. You’ll engage stakeholders, run testing, and deliver training and go-live support to ensure a positive user experience. This role hinges on collaboration, continuous improvement and delivering measurable adoption outcomes. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Adoption and user experience: determine and manage knowledge articles, create an issue schedule, and align with use-case go-live dates; plan and run user testing with defined users; produce clear user actions and coordinate translations where needed. /li li Communications and engagement: maintain an interactive updates page; craft concise business updates; plan and deliver roadshows to drive adoption and capture feedback. /li li Change management: apply best practices, engage stakeholders, and report progress, risks and opportunities. /li li Training and go-live support: identify super users, run drop-in sessions and surgeries pre- and post-go-live; align support activities with testing and demonstrations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience supporting organisational change, adoption, communications, engagement or training activities /li li Strong planning and coordination skills with multiple deliverables and deadlines /li li Excellent written communication; ability to translate complex information into accessible content /li li Confident stakeholder engagement across levels and internal/external teams /li li Practical, organized approach to tracking progress, risks, opportunities and feedback /li li Commitment to continuous improvement and delivering a positive user experience /li li Proven experience within IT Change Management /li li SC Security Cleared /li /ul ul li planning and coordination /li li clear written communication /li li stakeholder engagement /li li IT Change Management /li li change adoption /li li training coordination /li /ul
