Overview
Business Analyst- X2- Higher education- Change. Business Analyst X2 with recent Higher Education or public sector change experience are required to support a leading London University client on a variety of change initiatives within professional services.
The Senior Business Analyst will be working broadly within the HR space across HR and finance data, workforce health and talent management so any exposure to these areas would be preferable, however we are not looking for specialist and the critical skills are around change, stakeholder engagement and core BA skills.
The Associate BA will be focussed on managing leal governance and policy frameworks and how these are administrated.
Responsibilities
- Senior Business Analyst: work within the HR space across HR and finance data, workforce health and talent management; focus on change, stakeholder engagement and core BA skills.
- Associate Business Analyst: focus on managing legal governance and policy frameworks and how these are administered.
Essential Experience
- Experience as a BA on tech-change projects within professional services in higher education or public sector, HE preferred.
- Experience analysing and modelling \’as-is\’ and \’to-be\’ processes
- Knowledge of the full project delivery life cycle and delivery across these
- Ability to work with a wide range of stakeholders (end users/ tech teams) with excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
- Experience in workshop facilitation and conducting stakeholder interviews to extract relevant information
- Knowledge of business case development and project scope definition
- Familiarity with process modelling techniques and tools
- Experience supporting solution design, testing, and implementation
- Awareness of how technology can enable business change
- Core Business Analyst skills, including: requirements elicitation and documentation
- business process modelling, workflow / scenario / use case modelling, data and system analysis and documentation.
Desirable Experience
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. BCS / ISEB Diploma: Business Analysis)
- Experience of working on procurement projects, translating requirements into procurement questions and supporting supplier evaluations.
- Exposure to HR, HR finance data, talent management, workplace health related or legal/governance policy projects.
Contract & Location
Senior BA-£450.00 per day inside IR35 6 months +
Associate BA-£350.00 per day inside IR35 6 Months +
Hybrid working with 1-2 days per week on site in central London.
