We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to support a major telephony transformation programme. Working alongside an incumbent Business Analyst and key stakeholders, you will play a critical role in documenting the current-state telephony environment, defining the future-state operating model, and producing the business requirements required to support migration to a new telephony provider. This role requires strong business analysis expertise, stakeholder engagement skills, process mapping capabilities, and experience supporting large-scale technology transformation programmes.
Key Responsibilities
- Capture and document the current (as-is) telephony landscape across the organisation.
- Analyse existing business processes, technical workflows, hardware, and telephony usage.
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement sessions to gather business requirements.
- Define the desired future-state (to-be) telephony solution and operating model.
- Conduct gap analysis between current and future states, identifying business, process, and technology changes required.
- Produce high-level scope documentation and business requirements.
- Support cost-benefit assessments and impact analysis activities.
- Develop detailed business requirements documentation for use by the selected telephony provider.
- Work closely with Process Analysts, Project Managers, Programme Managers, SMEs, and technical teams.
- Ensure requirements are documented, reviewed, and signed off by relevant stakeholders.
- Adhere to established project governance and change delivery methodologies.

- Proven experience working as a Business Analyst on large-scale transformation programmes.
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills.
- Experience conducting current-state and future-state analysis.
- Demonstrable experience delivering gap analysis and impact assessments.

- Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills.
