We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with a strong retail background, ideally with e-commerce experience, to join a growing and scaling retail organisation based in the City of London. This is an excellent opportunity for a well-rounded BA who can work across business and technology teams to support business change, improve processes and help drive operational efficiency within a fast-paced retail environment.

The successful candidate will have strong end-to-end Business Analysis skills, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and as-is and to-be process mapping. You will be confident engaging with stakeholders at all levels, understanding business challenges, identifying opportunities for improvement and translating business needs into clear, actionable requirements. Experience producing business requirements documentation, user stories and acceptance criteria is essential, alongside the ability to work collaboratively with Product Owners, Project Managers and technical teams.

A solid understanding of Agile ways of working is important, with experience supporting iterative delivery, backlog refinement and sprint planning. Experience within e-commerce, digital retail or omnichannel environments would be highly desirable, as would exposure to ERP systems or ERP-related transformation projects. The organisation is continuing to scale, so the ability to adapt to changing priorities, take a hands-on approach and work across a broad range of business processes will be key.

This role would suit a commercially minded, proactive Business Analyst who combines strong analytical and process improvement capabilities with practical delivery experience in retail. Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence and process mapping software would also be beneficial.
