About the Company

They are seeking committed and detail‑oriented Warehouse Operators / VNA Drivers to join their team. In this crucial role, you will ensure the availability of materials and support warehouse operations, including picking, packing, storage, kitting, and distribution of components, thereby maintaining exceptional service standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Operations: Accurately and efficiently pick stock using handheld or mobile devices, ensuring data integrity within the warehouse management system. Perform picking, packing, shipping, receiving, put‑away, and kitting of components in accordance with established procedures.
- Quality Assurance: Adhere to packing procedures and guidelines to maintain quality standards, including the correct use of packing materials and techniques to protect items during transit and storage. Verify all picked stock and assembled loads prior to despatch using designated systems. Handle all stock with care to uphold the highest quality standards, ensuring items reach customers and suppliers in excellent condition.
- Inventory Control: Support inventory management by maintaining accurate records of packed items to help sustain precise stock levels.
- Housekeeping: Maintain clean, organised, and safe work areas to consistently high standards.
- Health and Safety: Operate safely within a team environment, fully complying with site health and safety regulations and Safe Systems of Work. Contribute to operational efficiency by supporting warehouse and site hygiene standards.
Experience & Qualifications
- Previous warehouse experience is essential.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate stock management.
- Good hand, eye, and foot coordination to operate mechanical handling equipment safely.
- Reliable, self‑motivated, adaptable, and an effective team player.
- Excellent communication skills to facilitate smooth warehouse operations.
- Valid FLT licence for VNA – mandatory. Licences for Counterbalance, Reach Truck, or Flexi‑Bendi are advantageous.
