We are seeking a senior agency Building Services Electrical Engineer to join our London-based engineering team. The successful candidate will support the delivery of a diverse portfolio of projects, primarily focusing on commercial, data centre, and airport developments, with a strong emphasis on project delivery. Candidates should have design consultancy experience and be capable of working autonomously while contributing effectively within a multidisciplinary team. The role requires a self-motivated individual able to produce high-quality electrical designs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Undertaking electrical design work across various projects
- Producing designs using industry-standard software
- Collaborating and coordinating with other engineering disciplines to deliver integrated solutions
- Carrying out condition surveys and inspections of existing building services
- Preparing clear and structured technical reports for clients
- Working closely with BIM Technicians to develop 3D models and schematics
- Writing system specifications using NBS software
