Morson Edge are currently supporting a leading employee-owned placemaking consultancy to recruit experienced Town Planners at Senior, Principal and Associate level across their Bristol and Cardiff studios. The Opportunity
- Lead and manage a wide range of planning applications, appeals and site appraisals

Role Overview
You will take a leading role in delivering planning projects from early feasibility through to determination, working across both strategic and detailed planning stages. The role is client-facing and will involve coordination of multidisciplinary inputs, stakeholder engagement, and contribution to wider project strategy within a commercially driven consultancy environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead planning applications, appeals and site promotion work
