We are seeking an Assistant Quantity Surveyor to join a leading construction business on a major Bridlington project. Based on site, you will support the commercial team with cost estimates, budget management and contract administration, while liaising with site managers, clients and suppliers.
You should have at least 3 years’ experience in a building environment, with main contractor exposure preferred, and a solid understanding of valuations, cost control and payment applications.
