Site Agent - A46 Bath
We're recruiting for an experienced Site Agent to join a major A46 Bath highways project, starting September.
This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the delivery of a high‑profile infrastructure scheme, leading site operations while ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the highest standards.
The role:
- Lead the day‑to‑day delivery of highways works
- Manage site teams, subcontractors, and project resources
- Oversee programme, HSEQ, quality, and cost control
- Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and defect‑free
What we’re looking for:
- Proven Site Agent experience within highways or civil engineering
- Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and CDM regulations
- Degree/HNC in Civil Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- CSCS Managers Card and SMSTS or IOSH Managing Safely
Location: A46 Bath
Start: September
Rate: £400-£500 per shift, depending on experience (DOE)
