We're recruiting on behalf of a leading international hospitality organisation seeking an experienced

Hospitality Operations Content Specialist to support the development of operational guidance that will be used across its hotel portfolio.

This is an opportunity for someone with a strong operational background who understands what great hotel operations look like and can translate that knowledge into clear, practical and engaging content.

Working alongside operational leaders and subject matter experts, you'll create resources that promote consistency, enhance the guest experience and support operational excellence across multiple brands.

The Role

As the Hospitality Operations Content Specialist, you will

  • Research existing operational standards, resources and best practices.
  • Develop clear, engaging operational guidance across the guest journey.
  • Capture practical insights that go beyond standard operating procedures.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to review, refine and finalise content.
  • Coordinate feedback throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Support the successful launch of the completed guides and recommend future enhancements.

About You

You'll have

  • Operational management experience within the HOCRA industry.
  • Experience creating operational guides, manuals, playbooks or training resources.
  • Excellent written communication and content development skills.
  • Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • A passion for improving operational performance and sharing best practice.
