Skilled Civils Operative
Location: DE65 6EH
Hours: 7:00am - 5:00pm (45 Hours per Week)
Duration: Long-term work until February 2027
Employment Type: Freelance / Agency
We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Civils Operative to join a major civil engineering project based in DE65 6EH.
This role will suit an operative with previous civils, highways, groundworks or infrastructure experience who is happy carrying out a variety of site duties and supporting the wider construction team.
Requirements
Valid CSCS Card
Previous civils, groundworks or infrastructure experience
Practical, hands-on approach
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable
CPCS Traffic Marshal
Health & Safety awareness
Experience working around plant and machinery
Duties
Assisting with general civils works
Supporting groundworkers and site teams
Moving materials and equipment
Maintaining site safety and housekeeping standards
Assisting with deliveries and plant movements xgikmsk
Carrying out a range of hands-on site tasks as required
