Job Description Mobile Gas Engineer – North-West Sites – Commercial Catering – Up to £45,000 salary \n Summary: \n We are seeking a qualified and experienced Gas Service Engineer to join a dynamic team based in the North-West of England. This role primarily involves servicing, maintaining, and repairing commercial catering gas equipment. \n Working hours are typically 8am to 5pm, with door-to-door travel time compensated and overtime paid at time and a half after 30 minutes travel each way. The successful candidate will be responsible for fault-finding, breakdown repairs, and routine maintenance, ensuring all work complies with safety regulations and industry standards. You will be provided with a company van, fuel card, mobile phone, laptop, uniform, and PPE. Ongoing training and development opportunities are included, alongside a pension scheme. \n Key Responsibilities: \n • Service, maintain, and repair commercial catering gas equipment \n • Conduct fault diagnosis and breakdown repairs efficiently and safely \n • Ensure compliance with all relevant gas safety standards and regulations \n • Travel to various sites across the North-West, including occasional out-of-town locations \n • Maintain accurate records of work completed and report as required \n • Promote safe working practices and use of PPE at all times \n • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain professional communication \n Package: \n • Up to £45,000 basic salary \n • Company van and fuel card provided \n • Overtime opportunities paid at time and a half after 30 minutes travel each way \n • Mobile phone and laptop supplied \n • Pension scheme \n • Uniform and PPE provided \n • Ongoing training and development \n Required Skills, Certifications & Standards : \n • Commercial ACS Gas Qualifications \n • Commercial Catering Gas Qualifications \n • Experience with unvented hot water systems \n • IPAF & PASMA certified \n • Proven experience in commercial gas servicing, maintenance, and breakdowns \n • Experience working with unvented hot water \n • Experience working on commercial catering equipment (desirable) \n • Full UK Driving Licence \n • Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities \n \n JBRP1_UKTJ
