Since 1988, we have provided once-in-a-lifetime trips to Florida for children across the North of England living with life-limiting conditions. Supported by an incredible team of volunteer healthcare professionals and helpers, our annual trips create magical experiences for children and their families during incredibly difficult times. Having supported more than 1,600 children and proudly recognised with the Queen's Award for Voluntary Service, we are now looking for a passionate and ambitious Corporate Fundraiser to help grow our impact even further.
The Opportunity: This is more than a fundraising role. It's an opportunity to build meaningful partnerships that directly change children's lives. We are seeking an energetic, relationship-focused professional to lead and expand our corporate fundraising programme across the UK. You'll manage valued existing partnerships while proactively securing new supporters who share our mission and values. What You'll Be Doing:
- Building Strong Corporate Partnerships
- Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate supporters ranging from local businesses to national organisations
- Develop long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
- Deliver outstanding supporter stewardship and engagement
- Act as the primary contact for corporate partners, ensuring regular communication and relationship development
- Driving Fundraising Growth
- Identify and secure new corporate partnerships across the UK
- Develop creative fundraising and sponsorship opportunities
- Research prospective partners and create tailored proposals
- Work towards agreed income targets and fundraising objectives
- Representing the Charity
- Attend networking events, fundraising activities, and corporate functions
- Deliver engaging presentations and talks to businesses and community groups
- Inspire organisations to get involved in campaigns, sponsorships, and events
- Act as a passionate ambassador for the charity and its mission
- Managing Administration & Reporting
- Maintain accurate fundraising and partnership records
- Produce reports and updates on fundraising activity and performance
- Ensure compliance with charity policies and fundraising regulations
About You: We're looking for someone who is:
- A natural relationship-builder with strong communication skills
- Confident presenting and speaking publicly
- Proactive, self-motivated, and organised
- Experienced in fundraising, sales, account management, business development, or relationship management
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities and stakeholders
- Willing to travel across the UK when required
