Job Description Anderselite are working with a leading employee-owned, carbon-neutral architectural practice looking for an experienced Senior Technologist to join their Cardiff studio. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong track record in large-scale education or similar projects (£20m+), who can lead technical delivery and mentor junior team members. \n Key Responsibilities \n - Lead project teams and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. \n - Develop and deliver technical proposals, specifications, and detailed design solutions. \n - Coordinate internal teams and external consultants to ensure high-quality delivery. \n - Support innovative design approaches, including MMC and net zero carbon initiatives. \n - Manage client relationships and contribute to project profitability and successful delivery. \n - Supervise and delegate tasks to junior team members or outsource partners. \n Required Skills & Experience \n - Extensive experience in technical delivery on large-scale projects (£20m+). \n - Strong Revit skills and experience producing 1:5 / 1:10 details, NBS specifications, and GA drawings. \n - Experience managing design teams and coordinating consultants. \n - Knowledge of construction legislation, performance criteria, and design compliance. \n - Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills. \n - Ability to manage multiple projects, workloads, and deadlines effectively. \n Desirable: \n - Dynamo scripting, NBS Chorus, or education sector experience. \n - Experience managing remote/outsourced technical delivery partners. \n What We Offer \n - Flexible / hybrid working environment. \n - Comprehensive benefits package. \n - Modern studio and collaborative culture. \n - Employee share ownership opportunities for long-term career growth. \n Interested?
