Job Description Geotechnical Engineer - Investigation Supervisor \n Contract Type: Approximately 12 months, starting beginning of September \n We are seeking 2-4 experienced Geotechnical Engineers with a minimum of 3-5 years' site experience to take on the role of Investigation Supervisor. The successful candidates will be responsible for overseeing ground investigation activities for a new power line corridor project. The position requires hands-on site leadership and technical expertise to support the delivery of high-quality geotechnical data and reporting. \n Supervise and manage ground investigation works on site, ensuring safety and quality standards are met \n Coordinate with project teams and contractors to deliver investigation objectives \n Monitor and report on site progress, risks, and issues \n Interpret geotechnical data and support preparation of technical reports \n Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and project specifications \n Support logistical planning and resource management across multiple sites \n Minimum 3-5 years' site experience in geotechnical engineering \n Strong knowledge of ground investigation techniques and site supervision \n Ability to interpret geotechnical data and reports \n Experience working on infrastructure or power-related projects advantageous \n Valid UK driving licence preferred \n Software/Tools \n Common geotechnical data management and reporting software (e.g., n Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) \CSCS, SMSTS) preferred \
