Morson Edge are currently supporting a leading employee-owned placemaking consultancy to recruit experienced Town Planners at Senior, Principal and Associate level across their Bristol and Cardiff studios. This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing, design-led consultancy that integrates planning, urban design and landscape architecture to deliver high-quality development outcomes across the UK. The practice works across a strong pipeline of residential, regeneration, education, healthcare, commercial, energy and mixed-use projects, supporting both public and private sector clients.
We are seeking experienced Town Planners who can:
- Lead and manage a wide range of planning applications, appeals and site appraisals
- Provide strategic planning advice across multiple sectors and project types
- Work closely with urban design and landscape colleagues to deliver integrated, place-based solutions
- Support and mentor junior team members as part of a collaborative planning function
This is a senior opportunity within a fast-growing consultancy offering genuine progression, involvement in complex projects, and exposure to multidisciplinary placemaking work at a national level. You will take a leading role in delivering planning projects from early feasibility through to determination, working across both strategic and detailed planning stages.
