We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a migration project focusing on three key workstreams: Payroll, HR Systems / Admin Processes, and People Integration. The role requires managing the overall project delivery while maintaining close collaboration with the global payroll team based in Paris. The successful candidate will have a strong background in payroll migration, specifically with SAP, and a solid understanding of HR systems integration.
This position demands a hands-on approach, with the ability to support data migration activities and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) as needed. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating stakeholders, managing risks, and ensuring seamless integration across the workstreams.
The role is based in Watford (Astral House, Imperial Way, WD24 4WW) with a requirement for weekly onsite presence and occasional travel to Sevenoaks (up to once a month). After an initial onboarding period, hybrid working is permitted with two days per week working from home. The assignment is available immediately following interview and runs until June 2027.
Skills- Payroll migration experience, specifically SAP migration
