We are currently recruiting for a Skilled Civils Operative to join a major civil engineering project based in DE65 6EH. This role will suit an operative with previous civils, highways, groundworks or infrastructure experience who is happy carrying out a variety of site duties and supporting the wider construction team.
Requirements
- Valid CSCS Card
- Previous civils, groundworks or infrastructure experience
- Practical, hands-on approach
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Desirable
- CPCS Traffic Marshal
- Health & Safety awareness
- Experience working around plant and machinery
Duties
- Assisting with general civils works
- Supporting groundworkers and site teams
- Moving materials and equipment
- Maintaining site safety and housekeeping standards
- Assisting with deliveries and plant movements
- Carrying out a range of hands-on site tasks as required
