Morson Edge is looking to recruit experienced Multi-Trade Operatives for a range of ongoing residential, commercial and maintenance projects across the North West. We are currently seeking:
- Multi Traders
- Kitchen Fitters
- Bathroom Fitters
- Property Maintenance Operatives
Rates of Pay: £17.00 - £25.00 per hour, dependent on experience, qualifications and role.
Location: Opportunities are available across the North West, including Manchester, Liverpool, Warrington, Preston, Bolton, Wigan, Cheshire and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- General multi-trade maintenance and repair work
- Kitchen and bathroom installations
- Reactive and planned property maintenance
- Carpentry, plumbing, tiling and basic plastering works
- Refurbishment and improvement projects
- Working across residential, commercial and social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed to a high standard and within project deadlines
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a multi-trade, fitting or maintenance role
- Valid CSCS Card preferred
- Experience across multiple trades advantageous
- Own tools and transport preferred
- Ability to work independently and from job specifications
- Full UK driving licence advantageous
