I am seeking a proactive and experienced Site Agent to join my clients Civils Division and play a key role in the safe and successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects across Yorkshire. Working within the Leeds City Council and YORCivils Frameworks, you will operate in a compliant, collaborative and high-performing environment that prioritises safety, quality and teamwork.
Role Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and project delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with clients, framework partners and stakeholders
- Ensure full compliance with health, safety and environmental requirements
- Manage project cost, programme, and quality outputs
- Lead staff and subcontractors in a productive, inclusive and safety-first environment
- Ensure documentation, reporting and site records meet framework compliance standards
- Contribute to problem-solving and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support the delivery of civil engineering works to agreed specifications and standards
Skills & Experience
- Proven experience in civil engineering and infrastructure delivery
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to guide teams and subcontractors effectively
- A commitment to safe working practices and compliance
- Confidence in managing time, budget and quality performance
- Professionalism, accountability and a collaborative mindset
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., HNC/HND, degree in Civil Engineering, SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid) are desirable.
